I've received a penalty charge notice

We know these things can happen, especially when driving in a foreign country. The customer is always 100% responsible for paying any fine received during the rental.
If you receive the fine on paper during your rental, we recommend paying it as soon as possible, following the instructions from the authority.

  • If your reservation is Go Keyless: If the fine reaches us first, offUgo will identify you as the main driver so that the authority can send it to you directly.
    offUgo applies a fine management fee, which is indicated in the Terms & Conditions on the website, unless you have purchased the Tranquillity Package beforehand.

  • If your reservation is Go Classic: All matters regarding fines are handled directly by the vehicle provider.
    Management fees may vary, so check the Terms & Conditions on your confirmation voucher.
