If you have chosen the Go Keyless rate, on the day your reservation starts you will need to sign the contract via the pickup link available on your CHECKIN page. The contract will be available about 30 minutes before the reservation begins, and you can easily sign it from your mobile phone. You will need an internet connection to complete the process. Once signed, you will receive a copy of the contract by email.
If, on the other hand, you have chosen the Go Classic rate, you can sign the contract directly at the provider’s office upon arrival.
