To scan your documents, you need to access your check-in page and press "VERIFY." Then, follow the steps to validate all your documents.
Place them against a plain background (a white sheet of paper). Watch out for glare and make sure your fingers don’t obscure anything. If you are a second driver, you must access the check-in area from the main driver, so make sure the main driver shares the check-in with you so you can validate the documents from your own phone.
