To validate your offUgo's account you must write all your required personal information and scan all your documents.
The documents must be visible and must match the picture on the uploaded selfie. Usually, the validation is done at the moment and it t only takes a few minutes to register your documents. Sometimes it could take longer but it usually takes less than 24 hours, or slightly longer in the evening or at the weekends.
