How does offUgo work?

Everything depends on the rate you select.

If you choose the Go Keyless rate, it’ll be like magic: you land, find, and open your car automatically with your phone.

Here are the steps to become part of the offUgo family:

  1. Reserve a vehicle: choose the dates, location, type of car, and if you need, one of our add‑ons (child seat, peace‑of‑mind package, etc.).
  2. Register: with your name, phone number, address, and email.
  3. Payment: Proceed to payment to confirm 100% of the reservation. Remember that cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the reservation starts.
  4. Validate your documents: you’ll need to upload your validation documentation (ID card or passport and a driver’s license valid for driving in Spain).
  5. Welcome to offUgo: once your account is validated and approved, you’ll be able to log in whenever you want to view all your reservations.
  6. Prepare your arrival: one day before your reservation starts we will send you an email that will take you directly to your check‑in page. There you’ll see all the steps needed to pick up the vehicle. On that page, you’ll have the links for pickup and return, which only appear 24 hours before the pickup or return process.
  7. Vehicle pickup: access via the voucher attached to the confirmation email, go to the check‑in page, follow the instructions for pickup or return, and simply open and close the car from your mobile.

If, on the other hand, you selected the Go Classic rate, it would work as follows:

  1. Reserve a vehicle: choose the dates, location, type of car, and if needed, one of our add‑ons.
  2. Register: with your name, phone number, address, and email.
  3. Payment: proceed to payment to confirm 100% of the reservation. Remember that cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the reservation starts.
  4. Vehicle pickup: in the voucher attached to the confirmation, you will find all the information. Head to the desk to pay the deposit, sign the contract, and pick up the keys.
