If you chose the Go Keyless rate, to return the car you must follow the instructions shown on your CHECK-IN page. You can access it from your profile at www.offugo.es
or directly from the confirmation email. Remember to return the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up.
To lock the car, please follow the steps outlined in the return instructions. Under no circumstances should the car be locked using the key at the end of the rental.
On the other hand, if you selected the Go Classic rate, please refer to the Terms and Conditions in the voucher attached to your confirmation email.
