If your booking is “Confirmed”:
You have up to 24 hours before the start of your rental to make changes.
Please note that modifications are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
For any modification, you must email us at bookings@offugo.es.
If there are less than 24 hours before the start of your booking or your rental has already started, you must consider the rate to know how to proceed:
Go Keyless rate: Email us at bookings@offugo.es
so we can check if the requested change is possible.
Go Classic rate: Contact the provider directly using the contact details shown on your confirmation voucher.
