The client can cancel his/her reservation without any cost up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation. In this case, offUgo will reimburse the client for the total amount of the reservation within 7 working days.
If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the customer will be charged the total amount of the reservation. You can check all the detailed information about cancellations on our T&C.
