Our base rates include always full insurance without depostit nor excess fee. We want to make things easy and transparent, you'll never pay more at arrivals: Book once, pay once. If by any chance you would like to add something to your booking (you can only add: baby seat, child booster, young driver or request an automatic car), contact us via e-mail through bookings@offugo.es and we'll solve everything for you.

We offer brand new All-New Renault Clio and All-New Renault Captur, both automatic and manual. We also offer 7 seaters (Grand Scenic) and vans (Kangoo). And we just added to our family the super electric ZOE :).
Yes, it’s true. We want to make things easy. Another type of car rental is possible. There will be no insurance fee and no deposit. You only pay for the booking, easily and quickly.

The reservation is made online or at offugo.es website. You just need to enter your credentials and make the reservation of the car you want. You can book a car, modify or cancel a reservation 24/7 online.
In high season we recommend booking in advance to make your choice easier but you can book up to 1 day before using the vehicle.
The minimum reservation is 1 day. Maximum, per law, is three months. If you need a longer booking, please contact us directly to bookings@offugo.es.
Our team takes care of everything. We clean the cars between each reservation and pass all the necessary checks so that the car is always in perfect condition.
Of course can, but always in their cage and, if the car comes back very dirty, we will have to perform a deep cleaning and we will charge you 50€ extra in your credit/debit card.
We only offer one type of contract which includes full insurance in the price, no surprises is one of our values.
Parking and traffic fines are the responsibility of the driver and offUgo will notify directly to the Spanish Authorities who was driving the car in the moment of the fine.
If you have not notified us, we will bill you for the delayed time per 15-minute strip and a € 0.50 penalty for each minute of delay as there may be someone waiting to use the car right after your reservation. You can let us know if you are going to arrive later (things happen, we are all human beings) calling us at 625 21 58 04. Extending a reservation before the end of it has no penalty if the car is available.
The service is billed based on the time of use by strips of 1 day. We give a grace period of three hours in order to return the car and not be charged one day more (e.g. if you book from 9am of Monday until 12am of Wednesday, we will charge two days. If you book from 9am of Monday until 13pm of Wednesday, we will charge three days.).
Yes. You have unlimited mileage included in the base price.
offUgo is a brand born right in the COVID-19 crisis. Therefore, our operations and standards have been designed since the very beginning taking into consideration this new global situation. All our cars are cleaned using ozone and 100% sanitised in between uses. Our cleaning employees wear Personal Protective Equipment and our main product is offering the car without any contact in between customers and employees. Even the keys and outside zones of the car are sanitised between bookings.
